How long does it take for my order to ship?

Standard orders are processed between 1-3 business days.

What shipping carrier will deliver my package and how long will it take?

All domestic orders ship with USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 3-5 business days.  We also offer the option to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout which takes 1-3 business days.
International orders ship with USPS First Class International Mail and can take anywhere from 5-10 business days.

What is your return policy?

It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase.  If you have any issues or concerns please email info@blossomandshine.com and we will be happy to help. Orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.  Once we receive the returned order the charges will be credited to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. E-mail info@blossomandshine.com to start a return.

How do I clean my jewelry?

Regular cleaning of your jewelry will help to maintain it's original shine.  Sterling silver jewelry can be cleaned with any silver cleaner and a polishing cloth.  14k gold filled jewelry can be washed in warm water with soap to remove any build up and wiped gently with a polishing cloth.  Store your jewelry in a air tight box or bag when you are not wearing it.

Is your jewelry hypo-allergenic?

Yes!  All of our jewelry is made with nickel free metals and is safe for sensitive skin.  We have many returning customers with sensitive ears who love wearing our earrings.

How do I figure out my ring size?

Can I have my jewelry repaired?

I am happy to repair any jewelry purchased from Blossom and Shine.  Please e-mail info@blossomandshine.com with a description of the damage and a photograph.

I am always open to working with you on a custom order!
